New Vortex Pinnacle and Underrot Loot for Mythic+ in Patch 10.1
With the revamp of four more old dungeons into Mythic+ dungeons in Patch 10.1, some of the loot in these dungeons is being revised to fit the current gear stats for Dragonflight. In the latest PTR build, we're seeing new versions of item drops for Underrot and Vortex Pinnacle!
New Vortex Pinnacle Loot
For Vortex Pinnacle, the original dungeon dropped Necklaces and Rings with primary stats. The Mythic+ version of the dungeon drops jewelry with the usual format of Stamina + secondary stats.
