Doubling down on their efforts to improve itemization in Season 3, Blizzard has added a new Versatility/Critical Strike neck dropping from the Priory of the Sacred Flame on the Patch 11.2 PTR! With the addition of Bloodstained Memento, there are now five varied amulets to choose from in Season 3.
