New Torghast Torments System and New Negative Effects in Patch 9.1
The Torghast Torments system has also been reworked in Patch 9.1, with brand new Torment effects which will hinder your run. Torments include making Elite mobs harder and allowing them to reflect spells, losing stamina every 60 seconds while on a floor and more.
