Midnight: What's Next Liveblog
In the Midnight Deep Dive panel at BlizzCon 2026, Blizzard announced a new top 5% Mythic+ achievement coming in Season 3. This will be a great achievement for people who have accomplished the 3,400 achievement but can't quite reach the Top 1% range.
In addition, both of the top 1% and top 5% achievements will now be spec-based, meaning that if you want to play an off-meta spec, you only need to be the top X% of your spec!
Blizzard hopes that it incentivizes players to play what they want to play! The top 0.1% title was not mentioned, which likely means that this will achievement will remain as a ranking of the overall population.
