Two new Shaman ghost wolf models are coming in Patch 9.2--Vulpine and Lupine models! It's currently unknown how to acquire these glyphs, but we have datamined the models.

Glyph of the Spectral Vulpine turns the Shaman into a Vulpine, a Shadowlands creature commonly found in Ardenweald and Bastion, most well-known as the Vulpine Familiar.

The other glyph, Glyph of the Spectral Lupine, appears to be tied to the Zereth Mortis protoform synthesis system, due to the item Lupine Lattice.
