New Optional Reagent Available for Rank 1 Legendary Crafting

Blizzard has hotfixed in a new Optional Reagent called Vestige of the Devourers which allows Rank 1 Legendary recipes to craft at Rank 5 instead. This item costs 4,800 gold to purchase off the vendor.

This item can be bought from the Enlightened vendor for 4,800 Gold.

From the tooltip, this seems to only work on rank 1 Legendaries.

Vestige of the Devourers - Optional Crafting Reagent. Provides the following property: Set the Item Level of a rank 1 recipe to 249.
