The mount itself is only available for a limited time, however, and must be purchased before the end of the Midnight expansion.

This appears to be a new Delve nemesis reward, most likely for the new Labyrinth in Patch 12.1.5. Interestingly, Kindo'jan was a leader of the Amani Empire and the first hash'ey, who built Atal'Aman and several other temples, though is a long dead figure from Warcraft history, making it seem as though this encounter could be a fight against his spirit, although the lore suggests the troll was more known for being a beloved leader rather than a particularly formidable fighter.
