Hyper spawns are typically weak enemies that respawn inordinately quickly, allowing players to endlessly farm them for loot or experience.
This one is oddly specific, since the phase required to spawn these endless enemies is only available during a certain quest. While Blizzard is sometimes inconsistent about how they decide to moderate this behavior, we aren't going to outline the full steps and always recommend not engaging in known exploits, even if they seem relatively harmless. That said, there are still plenty of legitimate fast ways to reach level 90, even in as little as three hours!
