Mystery Exteriors
Two new options can be seen while editing the housing exterior, though selecting them doesn't give us any hints, as the entire plot becomes engulfed by a giant pink cube! Hinted at in previous datamining, Blizzard confirmed that new exteriors were in development and that those found on the Patch 12.1 PTR would be available for players to earn in-game, rather than released on the shop, so we know something is coming... just not exactly what yet. We do know that large-sized house exteriors are set to become available at Housing Level 12, though they are already listed as locked options under house size, while these two mystery exteriors are listed under house type alongside each faction's racial options, suggesting that they are entirely new exterior designs.

Hello! This is a really good example of how initial datamining can be a bit misleading. While yes, there is a new exterior coming (and probably more in the future), the particular exterior found in PTR files will not be released in the Shop. It will be available for players to earn within the game.

Artisanal Housing Room Interiors
Additionally, we've datamined several new interior room types, separated into four categories: two for the Alliance and two for the Horde. These premade styles appear to be fancy room templates, empty of decor, but with a little ornamentation to go along with their themes. This should give players a little more control over the style of their rooms, without as much need for manually decorating the walls and floors to match.

Though none of them are actually available for testing yet either, it appears that they will be purchased from the neighborhood General Contractor's Jorvan Longmoor and Rotha, who help upgrade your home, and smuggler "Fen" Rucket, who is now tagged as an <Artisanal Room "Planner">. Each room looks like it will be sold for 50 Community Coupons, though there could still be specific unlock requirements that we are not yet aware of.
Each faction's general contractor will sell their rooms layouts, while the smuggler will sell the opposites.
