The new Jailer NPC The Jailer (NPC ID 177510) links to DisplayID 100456 which is encrypted with Tactkey 338. We've previously seen encrypted models for Jailer and Anduin at Shadowlands' launch, which were used for new cutscenes.

There's a new encrypted Jailer model on the Patch 9.1 PTR. While we can't show encrypted models, the fact that it's obscured could mean Blizzard wants to hide something from us!
