In the first Patch 10.1.7 PTR build, a new Dark Naaru NPC was datamined, the Dimension Breaker. Very little is known about this generically named Dark Naaru, but they've been traditionally associated with the Draenei. Perhaps this is related to Velen's prophecy from Seeing Red (account) and the new Man'Ari Eredar Customization or the new Dream Surge public events coming in 10.1.7.
