New Priest Covenant Legendaries have been added in this Patch 9.1 PTR build. While only 2 are testable in game, the other two legendaries are available in the spell data, just unconfirmed!

New Covenant Legendaries have been discovered for many classes in Build 38627 of the 9.1 PTR.
