Patch 12.0.7 Development Notes
It's unclear where we might obtain these weapons in-game as they have yet to be attributed to a known source. We suspect some might be available as an update to the Midsummer Fire Festival or as future sets in the Trading Post. As Patch 12.0.7 gets closer to release, we'll be sure to update!
Shattered Frost Weapon
The most mysterious weapon in Patch 12.0.7's datamining looks to be a shattered blade encased in ice with skull adornments.
2H Sword

This set of weapons is a bit more rudimentary, but showcases fiery effects and adornments of heated metal.
