New Armor Affixes Found on Season of Discovery Phase 5 PTR

With the Season of Discovery Phase 5 PTR available for testing, we have datamined some interesting affixes coming to Blackwing Lair's Tier 2 set items - Draconic and Core Forged.

While the base stats are identical, the Core Forged affix appears to have its Set Bonus taken from the Tier 1 Warlock Set from Molten Core.

Could this mean that players will be able to choose to keep their Set Bonus from Tier 1 if they prefer?
