The Necrotic Mythic+ affix has once again been nerfed again in Patch 9.2!

Necrotic Mythic+ Affix Nerf in Patch 9.2

  Consumes the target with creeping decay, inflicting 0 Physical damage every 2 sec, and reducing healing and absorption received by 2%, for 65 sec. Stacks.
Duration changed from 6 sec to 5 sec

Nerf History

Necrotic has been one of the most nerfed Mythic+ affixes throughout Shadowlands, and is generally disliked by tanks.
