Necrotic Mythic+ Affix Nerf Reverted – Necrotic Applied on Every Swing

In the latest Patch 9.1 PTR, the Necrotic Mythic+ affix has been reverted and every melee swing from trash will once again apply Necrotic stacks in Patch 9.1.

Edit: Blizzard has commented on the recent Necrotic changes.

Earlier this week, the Necrotic affix was nerfed on the Patch 9.1 PTR to apply on every other swing of trash, which made many players in the community very happy, especially tanks.
