NA Server PvP World Quest Shows 350 Gear But Drops Higher Item Level

On NA servers, the Nezascar PvP World Quest shows a 350 item level piece of gear, but it can drop up to 382/385 depending on your item level!

The Seeing through the Enemy: Nezascar quest on NA servers currently shows a 350 item level piece and therefore some people may decide to skip it. However, this tooltip appears to be bugged and is dropping high item level pieces all the way up to 382/385!
