Mythic+ Great Vault Now Rewards Up to +18 Keystones in Midnight Season 1

The best loot from Mythic+ dungeons is even better, as the loot from the Great Vault now scales to Myth 4/6 in Midnight -- but you'll have to complete +18 dungeons.

Remember that the upgrade tracks are changing in Midnight, as well as how crests work. Check out this article for more information.

Please note that this is available in Beta, and confirmed by datamining, but it has not been officially announced by Blizzard. This may be changed at any time as this is a Beta.

Midnight Season 1 Mythic+ Rewards from Great Vault

In Midnight, the Great Vault track has been extended and will now scale past +10s, all the way up to +18s, where players will get Myth 4/6 loot. The first part of the track is no different than War Within, and the only change is for player who want to push past +10 keystones. This is great news for Mythic+ players as they will no longer get a low Myth 1/6 by completing the highest keys.

With the new Mythic+ Season 1 rotation in Midnight, this will be a very interesting change for early gearing. +10s and even +12s are usually hard the first weeks of the Patch, but usually people scrape by with a couple +10s. If this extended track is available right away in Midnight, you might want to push for +12s week 1 to get a Myth 2/6 piece. Or if you're an extremely skilled Mythic+ player, maybe you'll want to push for Myth 3/6 the first week to save even more crests. Don't forget that the crest upgrade system is changing in Midnight, so the higher you push, you'll save more and more crests.

For people that only do +10s? There's no change. For people that want to push a little further now into +12s, there's a little more incentive to do so and I think this may get more people into higher keystones.
