Mythic+ Affix Tuning on The War Within Beta – Voidbound Buffed, New Oblivion Affix?

This week's War Within Beta build includes some Mythic+ affix tuning, including a potential new Oblivion affix, and a buff to the Voidbound affix!

As mentioned in a Blue Post earlier, Blizzard has nerfed Fortified from 30% bonus damage of trash to 20%.

Fortified Non-boss enemies have 20% more health and inflict up to 30%20% increased damage.
