More Primordial Stone Buffs in Hotfixes – Periodic Effects Can Now Crit
About 30 minutes ago, Blizzard has buffed Primordial Stones once again, making some of the Stones now able to crit!

These are the hotfixed stones which have effects that can now crit:
Flame Licked Stone - Equip: Dealing damage has a chance to set the enemy on fire, dealing 21665 Fire damage over 7 sec.
Deluging Water Stone - Equip: Abilities have a chance to drench a nearby ally, healing them for 29916 over 6 sec.
