(More Additions) Patch 11.2 Datamined Class & Tier Set Changes – Previously Announced Tuning on the PTR

We've datamined new hotfixes on the Patch 11.2 PTR, which appear to contain the class and tier set tuning previewed in yesterday's PTR Development Notes, nerfing Death Knights, Hunters, Mages, while buffing Druids, Paladins, and Rogues.

Update: Blizzard is continuing to make hotfixes, with additional changes for Druids, Evokers, Hunters, and Paladins so far.

The maximum amount of damage dealt by the 4p bonus has also been decreased from a cap of 25x -> 6x Spell Power.

Rapid Fire damage increased by 25%. When Lunar Storm fades, gain the Boon of Elune, causing your next 2 Aimed Shots to deal Arcane damage and have their damage increased by 20%.10%.
