Mistweaver Talents Bug
Talents are a very important power boost for characters, and not having your talents would significantly decrease the power of any character. For Mistweavers, they have been reporting that in specifically Mythic+ dungeons, talents have a chance of turning off mid dungeon, significantly hampering their healing capabilities.
This bug was originally discovered on Beta and has found it's way to live servers. The cause seems to be related to equipping the 4 piece set bonus of tier, in Mythic+ dungeons, and Mistweavers are currently recommending to do dungeons without your 4pc because of it. While it's hard to see when talents have been deactivated, the best way to tell seems to be noticing a significant decrease in healing throughput. If this happens to you, unequipping and re-equipping your set bonus should fix the issue temporarily.
It's unknown what specifically causes the bug.
Swirl via Peak of Serenity
a bug that has been present since the start of mythic+ testing persisting through the entire beta cycle has now made its way into the live game with the opening of mythic+ this week. numerous talents on our tree are randomly deactivating mid-dungeon, with no rhyme or reason for them.
several have been reported thus far on live:
jadefire teachings reverting to 25% baseline ancient teachings
way of the crane's spinning crane kick healing turning off
way of the crane's teachings of the monastery stack generation turning off
mana tea stack generation turning off
pool of mists cdr turning off
vivacious vivification turning off
heart of the jade serpent (from thunder focus tea) turning off
morning breeze just not working entirely
rising mist's extensions deactivating in raid combat
while not an exhaustive list, many talents were seen deactivating on beta so i'd say every talent has a chance to randomly deactivate, with some being more immediately noticeable than others.
i STRONGLY advise you to exercise caution while running mythic+ dungeons and gearing up this week until this bug is resolved. the likelihood of it happening are unknown but the impact on your healing can be severe depending on which one turns off. better hope you don't run over the invisible pressure plate (or 2, or 3, or 4...) hidden somewhere in your dungeon!
