In today's State of Azeroth Recap article, Blizzard has announced that Midnight Early access begins on February 26th at 3:00 PM PST worldwide, ahead of the full release on March 2nd. In order to get Midnight Early Access, you need to have purchased the Midnight Epic Edition.

This would make early access 4 days, instead of the 3-day early access listed when purchasing the Midnight Epic Edition, but the terms and conditions state that "minimum Midnight Early Access duration is 3 days".
Launch dates of Beta Access, Midnight Early Access, and Housing Early Access subject to change. See article for more details. Minimum Midnight Early Access duration is 3 days. Limited time only. Actual play time subject to possible outages and applicable time zone differences. Certain endgame features will not be available during Early Access periods.
