Midnight Alpha Dungeon Journal Preview – New World Bosses, Dungeon, and Raid Bosses

With the Midnight Alpha now available, we have our first look at some of the new bosses coming in the overworld, dungeons, and raids of this expansion with the dungeon journal!

SPOILER WARNING: With this preview, some boss names contain massive story spoilers. These specific bosses will be included in their own section at the very end of this post.

World Bosses in Midnight
There are four new World Bosses bosses coming with Midnight:

Cragpine - A large, stone golem-like creature with pine tree roots that run along its body.

Lu'ashal - A gleaming Dragonhawk that looks very similar to the Lightwing Dragonhawk pre-order mount.

Predaxas - A three-headed Hydra with bright-blue glowing scales running along its back.

Thorm'belan - A carapid like creature with tons of spikes and sharp fangs.

Dungeon Bosses in Midnight
The following sections will detail each of the bosses present throughout the new dungeons. All of the dungeons coming with Midnight either feature 3 bosses or 4 bosses per dungeon.

Den of Nalorakk Boss List

The Hoardmonger - A greedy bear that stands up right, carrying a large satchel of goodies on its back.

Sentinel of Winter - An embodiment of the harshest winter storms manifested as a humanoid bear figure.

Nalorakk - The Loa of War itself, players will face Nalorakk as their final trial in this dungeon.

Magisters' Terrace Boss List

Arcanotron Custos - An arcane construct ensuring magisters adhere to rules and regulations.

Vordaza - A male blood elf that guards the terrace.

Gemellus - A void-filled jellyfish creature.

Degentrius - A shadowfiend creature dressed in Ethereal armor.

Maisara Caverns Boss List

Muro'jin and Nekraxx - A relentless tracker and a reanimated eagle that use necrotic magic.

Vordaza - The Vilebranch's master of souls that performs forbidden rites to extract soul essences.

Rak'tul, Vessel of Souls - An undead thrall driven mad by the souls' endless suffering that make up its existence.

Murder Row Boss List

Kystia Manaheart - An accomplished magister that became too devoted to fel magic.

Zaen Bladesorrow - A male blood elf that oversees shipments of illegal fel artifacts.

Xathuux the Annihilator - A powerful summoned Felguard that carries out the commands of Lithiel Cinderfury.

Lithiel CInderfury - A female blood elf leading the smuggling operation of fel artifacts.

Nexus-Point Xenas Boss List

Chief Corewright Kasreth - An ethereal that once upheld energy flow in Nexus-Point Xenas.

Corewarden Nysarra - A half shadow, half-etheral like being attempting to recuperate her dark command against Lothraxion.

Lothraxion - A winged being brimming with light energy that is attempting to destroy Nexus-Point Xenas.

Voidscar Arena Boss List

Taz'Rah - An ethereal dressed in dark purple armaments.

Atroxus - A grey and light green creature similar in model to Nerubian Skyrazors.

Charonus - An ethereal-like being dressed in void armor similar to that of Xal'atath's.

Windrunner Spire Boss List

Emberdawn - A red dragonhawk that settled in the gardens of Windrunner Spire to raise her young.

Derelict Duo - A banshee and her loyal abomination seeking relics with any essence of the Dark Lady.

Commander Kroluk - A vengeful orc spirit that once fought in the Second War.

The Restless Heart - A concentrated whirlwind of grief and suffering given a physical manifestation of the Windrunners.

The Voidspire Raid Bosses
The Voidspire is a six-boss raid coming with the first tier of Midnight where players try and strike back against Xal'atath and thwart her plans.

For the sake of spoilers, two bosses from the list have been moved to the very last section of this post.

The Dreamrift Raid Boss
The Dreamrift features only one boss, Chimaerus the Undreamt God. A being built entirely from pain and madness, players will venture to put an end to it before it shares that pain with the world that made it.

March on Quel'Danas Raid Bosses
The March on Quel'Danas Raid releases later into the first season of Midnight and features two bosses:

For the sake of spoilers, the last boss from the list has been moved to the very last section of this post.

Spoiler Bosses
SPOILER WARNING: The boss included in this section contain massive story spoilers. If you do not want story spoilers for Midnight, please click off this post now.

These two bosses are both featured in the Voidspire raid, with the first one being Fallen-King Salhadaar. After turning on Xal'atath, the fallen king has been made a lab rat for the Shadowguard he once commanded. Fallen-King Salhadaar will be the third boss of the Voidspire raid.

The last boss of the Voidspire raid is formally called the Crown of the Cosmos, but features a Void-corrupted version of our beloved Alleria Windrunner. Consumed by the Void, the Ranger General will strike at friend and foe alike with Void abilities.

The final boss of the March on Quel'Danas is called Midnight Falls, but features a void-corrupted L'ura.
