Mega Soul Ash Renamed to Soul Cinders – New Torghast Currency From Difficult Layers

The Mega Soul Ash currency from last PTR build has been renamed to Soul Cinders and given a description. It will be available from the most dangerous layers of Torghast.

While Torghast was not open for testing on the PTR, we've been datamining updates including four new layers (9 through 12), so perhaps the Soul Cinders are found there.
