This pet isn't available to see in the Pet Journal at the moment, and we're not sure of it's source at this time.
Gill'el is likely a reference to Thrall and his Orc name "Go'el". This seems like it's pet from BlizzCon, which would normally be taking place at this time but it was cancelled this year.
