These videos will be recorded daily after Liquid finishes raiding, meaning they should be released around 2am Pacific Time, near the start of the European guilds' day.

Day 7 - Fractillus, Salhadaar Prog, and a Three-Horse Race
The first reset is ending, with Liquid already asleep and teleporting to their Great Vaults, while Echo and Method have a final day to attempt Nexus-King Salhadaar. If either can take it down that would provide a nice extra gear advantage, especially with the hotfix to the Great Vault where it would upgrade all items in the raid row to Myth 4/6 from 3/6! That seems quite difficult though, as the DPS check on the boss seems like it might be tuned for Week 2 or even beyond!
Method and Echo have both had a great few days, with Method in particular looking like they may really be in the running this tier, though of course there will always be doubts until they win one. Liquid on the other hand have had a tough 48 hours, with a worse Fractillus strat and struggles with Salhadaar early progression. Luckily for them the reset is coming to hopefully do just that and reset their place in the race. Dimensius remains a huge question mark that we may hopefully see in the next few days!
Day 8 - Salhadaar Dies, Weekly Reset, and Raid Nerfs
Nexus-King Salhadaar has fallen to Team Liquid after a day full of power gain from the weekly reset. This was a very impressive kill following a massive gain of more than 5 item levels with the weekly reset, reclear, and another small round of splits. Liquid had a rough end of Week 1, including slower early Salhadaar prog, but their phase 3 star placements looked great and allowed for very optimized DPS even for melee players, and their implementation of the 3-heal strat allowed them to clear the DPS check with seconds to spare (which is a lot in the context of a fight like this!)
The mid-tier bosses all took nerfs, with Forgeweaver Araz taking the biggest set of nerfs, Soul Hunters healing going down, and Fractillus being adjusted to prevent one-tanking while also compensating with a health nerf. Dratnos and Tettles are torn on these nerfs and the difficulty of Forgeweaver in particular, as there are definitely merits to difficult early Mythic Bosses but the lack of medium difficulty bosses before it and the comp requirements of the fight make it pose several structural problems for a lot of guilds, and the size of the nerf required cause feel bads for the guilds that had made progress on the pre-nerf version.
Echo in particular had an amazing first week, with Method also putting up a strong performance. It's going to be vital for these guilds to have a similarly smooth reset day with no failed tazaveshes and a quick reclear, followed hopefully by the swift dispatching of the Nexus-King to get everyone onto Dimensius - it'll be difficult for anyone to catch Liquid if the boss is too easy as well, as we saw last tier with Gallywix falling in under a day of full progression. If the boss takes more than that, however, and Echo keep playing to the standard they have been, we should be in for a very exciting finish to the final Race to World First before Midnight!
