Gained by completing Infinite Research quests offered by Eternus in the Infinite Bazaar, a unique form of daily activities in Legion Remix, which gives players a choice between several different objectives to pursue. Unlike normal daily quests, they aren't strictly limited to one per day either - the limit is defined by research level with a daily refresh to afford players freedom in playing when and how they want.
Research level increases over time to ensure players have objectives to pursue even after completing main quests.
Starting at just 3% increased experience, the buff can be stacked up to 10 for a total of +30%, but this is also in addition to a massive reduction in the amount of experience required to level from 70 to 80 in Patch 11.2.7, so players should have quite an easy time finishing up any remaining characters.
