According to Dot Esports, in a group interview with Taylor Sanders, the new Fyr'alath Legendary will not have any class-specific ties!

WoW Encounter designer Taylor Sanders confirmed to DoT Esports that there are no class specific ties and anyone that can use 2-Handed axes will be able to equip the Legendary.

However, it's unclear if all of the classes could actually acquire or use the Legendary.
