Last Minute Class Tuning Hotfix on Dragonflight Pre-Patch PTR – Monk Talent

Some last minute hotfixes were pushed overnight to the PTR, with one of them being a nerf to a Monk talent.

This hotfix was also pushed to the Dragonflight Beta.
