Large Nerfs to Secondary Stat Gems and Enchants on Dragonflight Beta

In the latest Dragonflight Beta build, some secondary stat gems and enchants have been nerfed by a significant amount.

Gems

Stats on gems have been nerfed by about 62.5%. Thanks for Dorovon for providing this number.

For example, a Rank 3 Quality Gem went from:

235 of a single secondary stat to 88.

A 187/88 split of secondary stats to a 70/33 split.

Enchants

Enchants on the other hand have a mix of buffs and nerfs.
