Blizzard has released more hotfixes, detailing several nerfs to Sarkareth for 10-player raid sizes, Zskarn on Normal and Heroic, and Echo of Neltharion on all difficulties including Mythic! We previously noted some of these changes to Mythic Echo of Neltharion in an earlier post, though they have now been formally annotated, with a bit more detail on the workings of Calamitous Strike and Shatter.
