The numbers here can get a little confusing, but bear with us: Although the nerf was originally reported as a 5% reduction (from 60% to 65% reduced mana regeneration in PvP), players noted that the current modifier was actually 55%, making today's hotfix seem like a 10% reduction instead (from 55% to 65%).
