Blizzard has updated their hotfix blog with a large number of changes including PvP talent bug fixes, improvements to Korthia rares, and a handful of Sanctum of Domination boss changes. Additionally, Packaged Soul Ash is now bound to Battle.net account, Soul Cinders can now be acquired starting at Torghast Layer 8 (was Layer 9), and covenant changing NPCs have returned to Oribos!
