July 20th Hotfixes – Guaranteed Shard Drop from Sylvanas
Blizzard has published July 20th hotfixes, including the previously-announced change for account-wide Archivist Codex rewards, as well as the announcement that Sylvanas will always drop a Shard of Domination for players that haven't collected all of them.
