Jimothy Pet
As previously mentioned, Jimothy has been added to Azeroth! He was datamined on the Patch 12.1 PTR.
Secret Finding Discord
Jimothy was teased as a secret from an interview with Paul Kubit and Rachel Vought, where they really couldn't say much about it.
The entry of J'imothy in Pet Journal mentions:
Got into a spot of trouble digging through magical garbage in Silvermoon. Luckily, you were there to help him out!
Because of this, the Secret Finding Discord has started a search for the elusive raccoon over the last week, but it turned up empty and as of yesterday, one of the mods pinned a message in the channel:

We have received private confirmation from Blizzard that Jimothy is not currently available in the game.
We don't have any further details on when it might become available, but as soon as we get more information we will share it with you.
It's possible that Jimothy will become available with the launch of Season 2, or it might be added at a later time.
