Is This Mount Related to TBC Anniversary or Possibly WoD Classic? New Promotional Mount Datamined

As a part of our Patch 11.2.5 PTR datamining for Legion Remix, we've discovered a new Mount that could be coming as a part of a future Classic promotion. While this mount resembles the Reawakened Phase-Hunter from the original Burning Crusade Classic bundle, some are speculating that the new Cerulean Phase-Hunter could be coming as a part of Warlords of Draenor Classic!

NEW Cerulean Phase-Hunter
Description: Due to otherworldly energies that transformed Draenor into Outland these creatures have the ability to shift through space. They are very rarely seen since the transformation of Draenor.
