Incoming Buffs to Residual Memories Drops from Radiant Echoes Pre-Patch Event
With upcoming changes to the Radiant Echoes event now testable on the Patch 11.0, we also noticed significant buffs to Residual Memories drops from the event! These should go live together with the upcoming changes to the pre-patch event.
