We plan to initialize the power increase in ICC on December 5.It will start as a 5% buff, and it will increase by 5% every two weeks until it reaches the max of 30%.As a reminder-- the buff is optional.

Icecrown Citadel Raid Buff Going Out December 5 – WotLK Classic
Blizzard has announced that the Icecrown Citadel Raid Buff for players will be going live on December 5th, 2023. Hellscream's Warsong and Strength of Wrynn will start out as 5% and every two weeks will increase by an additional 5%.
