Icecrown Citadel PvP Flagging Issues Fix – WotLK Classic
Some players have been reporting issues inside Icecrown Citadel regarding PvP flagging and not receiving buffs from other players inside the raid group. This issue has been present inside Dungeon Groups since the introduction of Random Dungeon Finder, but the bug finally made its way into raids. Blizzard says there is a "bandaid fix" being implemented.
