How to Unlock the 11.2 Campaign Skip
The 11.2 Campaign Skip is unlocked once you're done with Chapter 3 of the 11.2 campaign with at least one character, as well as the quick questline that introduces Phase Diving.
The final quest for Chapter 3 is The Tabiqa, which will grant you the Reshii Wraps. Once this quest is done, you will be approached by Shad'anis at the Oasis, who will offer you the quest Another World. This quest will lead you back to Overlook Zo'Shuul (the small island you briefly visited during Chapter 2), and start a quick questline that will teach you about how to upgrade your Reshii Wraps using Ethereal Strands, as well as introduce you to the mechanics of Phase Diving.
Once you complete this questline and earn the achievement Become a Hero. Become a Phasediver!, you'll have access to the 11.2 Campaign Skip!
Using the Patch 11.2 Campaign Skip And Obtaining Your Reshii Wraps
To use the 11.2 Campaign Skip with an alt, you will only need to complete a small handful of quests. Follow the campaign as usual until you complete the quest Return to the Veiled Market. Once you get offered the next quest, Restoring Operational Efficiency, you will have an option to skip the entirety of the Patch 11.2 campaign!
The 11.2 Campaign Skip will unlock World Quests in K'aresh and everything else unlocked from the campaign, but will NOT give you the Reshii Wraps artifact cloak. To obtain the cloak after completing the 11.2 skip, you must manually fly to Overlook Zo'Shuul and speak with Hashim. Hashim will have an option to give your alt the Reshii Wraps, select that option, and you'll get your cloak.
With your Reshii Wraps in hand, speak to Hashim again to upgrade your cloak (as Ethereal Strands are Warband-wide), and you're good to go!
