Gaining Reputation with The Klaxxi
To begin the Klaxxi questline, you must be at least level 89. Head out to Bowmistress Li atop the wall just northeast of Terrace of Gurthan in Dread Wastes.

She will hand you two quests: Nope and Falling Down, which lead to Psycho Mantid (and no, you don't need to change which port your keyboard is plugged into).
This begins a zone-spanning questline, where you will unlock a multitude of daily quests and special Klaxxi buffs along the way. You can have one Klaxxi Enhancement and one Klaxxi Augment at any one time and can change your choice at any point by talking to the Klaxxi elders.
Once you have completed the Klaxxi questline, the primary method of gaining reputation is the dailies; these will take place in one of four quest areas scattered around Dread Wastes, but will always be started by talking to Klaxxi questgivers in Klaxxi'vess.
The number of daily quests available varies slightly depending on your reputation level and the current daily quest area, but you will generally gain around 1000-1200 reputation a day through daily quests.
If you're feeling impatient, you can speed up the reputation grind by farming Dread Amber Shards. These Shards have a chance to drop from any mob in Dread Wastes and can be turned in by talking to Ambersmith Zikk in Klaxxi'vess. Doing this will reward 250 reputation for every 5 Shards.
