Skipping the Introduction
This part is easy. Upon having finished the main story campaign by playing through Eversong Woods, Zul'Aman, Harandar, Voidstorm, and Arator's Journey to earn the Midnight achievement, players will be able to unlock level 90 activities such as world quests and the Prey system for both their mains and subsequent alts to level with.
Upon starting the expansion content with the Midnight quest, the Image of Lady Liadrin will have a new option allowing players to skip the Defense of the Sunwell introductory campaign, making their way directly to Silvermoon.
Skipping the Story Campaign
This one isn't as clear cut. In The War Within, players were given a prompt upon reaching max level with their second character, with Something on the Horizon automatically appearing to give players the option of executing the campaign skip.
In Midnight however, the option is somewhat hidden: upon reaching level 90 with a second character through whatever means they desire, no quest appears. Players must find their own way to the Silvermoon Inn and speak to Soridormi.
Soridormi can be found lounging in the SIlvermoon Inn.
Lamenting over the tangled timeways, the Prime Consort of Nozdormu will allow players to skip the Midnight story campaign, allowing Lor'themar to offer the Midnight: World Tour quest as expected. Although it cannot be completed yet, this should be the first Spark of Radiance most players obtain in Midnight.
And that's it! While the skip is somewhat obscurely hidden, alts will then be placed at the end of the initial Midnight story campaign, matching the progress of mains who did the story originally.
