Shado-Pan Reputation Guide
You can start gaining reputation with the Shado-Pan faction at level 87 in Kun-Lai Summit, with the quest The Defense of Shado-Pan Fallback. To start this quest, talk to Shado-Master Chong in the Shado-Pan Fallback:

This questline will eventually take you to Townlong Steppes, at which point further progression will require you to be level 88. At Exalted, you will be able to complete the quest Surprise Attack!, which rewards Reins of the Onyx Cloud Serpent, as well as purchase the three Riding Tigers from the quartermaster!

How to Gain Reputation With the Shado-Pan
Outside of the main questline, the primary way to earn reputation is through the Shado-Pan daily quests. The daily quests are all picked up from one of three quest givers at the Shado-Pan Garrison in Townlong Steppes. Once you have picked up the day's quests, you can ask a companion, indicated by a small speech bubble, to accompany you, assisting you in combat.
Complete the main questline and keep up with your daily quests, and you'll reach Revered in no time, at which point make sure you pick up a Grand Commendation of the Shado-Pan from Rushi the Fox to double your reputation gain.
