Unlike almost every other Cloud Serpent mount in Pandaria, the Thundering Jade Cloud Serpent is not locked behind a reputation grind; it can be obtained from gaining the achievement Guild Glory of the Pandaria Raider.

Mogu'shan Vaults

The first achievement of three is going to be the Heroic: Will of the Emperor Guild Run, which tasks you with defeating the Will of the Emperor encounter in Mogu'shan Vaults on Heroic difficulty while in a guild group. The encounter consists of two bosses, Jan-xi and Qin-xi, who you will fight at the same time, as well as more adds than you will know what to do with.

Heart of Fear

The second achievement, Heroic: Grand Empress Shek'zeer Guild Run, tasks you with defeating Grand Empress Shek'zeer, located within the Heart of Fear raid on Heroic difficulty within a guild group.
