Hidden 10% Buffs in the Vision of Orgrimmar
In Revisited Horrific Visions, you can snag random buffs depending on whether certain NPCs appear in the vision. In every Horrific Vision run, 1 or 2 of the NPCs listed below will spawn, allowing you to go inside these buildings and kill them to get buffs. Every buff lasts 1 hour.
