Heroic Tier 11 Helm and Shoulders No Longer Require Normal Version – Cataclysm Classic
Blizzard has released a Hotfix for Cataclysm Classic which no longer requires players to turn in a Normal version of the Tier 11 Helm and Shoulders when purchasing the Heroic version.
