The Dungeon Journal was updated and Heroic dungeon loot was just increased to item level 571 (Adventurer 1/8). This makes it so that this can cap at a maximum of 593 once you upgrade all your gear. This was previously only Item Level 567 (Explorer 4/8) and could have been upgraded to 580 (Explorer 8/8).
This is a pretty big increase to the available item level from pre-Season 1!
