The Coiled Altar
With the weekly reset, Nymrissa Wavecaller, Mythic Twin Fangs, and Mythic Coiled Altar received mostly nerfs. With fresh hotfixes that are now live, Heroic Coiled Altar has been nerfed, also targeting smaller raid sizes.

Volatile Venom damage reduced by up to 15% depending on raid size.
Venom Rupture damage reduced by up to 15% depending on raid size.
Guillotine now requires 3 players to avoid Execution (was 5 players).
Grim Guillotine now requires 3 players to avoid Grim Execution (was 5 players).
Possible health nerf to Spiteful Soulcoiler and Zul'jan, but unconfirmed
The Execution and Grim Execution requiring 5 players was really difficult for small raid sizes. Having 5 players in each Execution meant that there may have been cases when a group auto-wipes because they no longer have enough players, or requires the Tank to move into the soak. At 3 players for Heroic, this should be much more lenient for these small group sizes.
