Venom-Cursed Fragments
To earn this gear piece, players will need to combine two Venom-Cursed Fragments, which can be earned from the following sources:
Vaults of Atal'Utek: A Toxic Tour Campaign Quest
Purging the Vaults Weekly Quest
Defeating an Ancient Foe in the Vaults of Atal'Utek
These quests give a short introduction to the activities available in the Vaults of Atal'Utek, including Temple Patrols, Temple Strikes, and Temple Incursions. You can view which activities are currently active using your World Map.
Temple Patrols can be completed solo, while Temple Strikes and Incursions are often completed in groups. After picking up the Purging the Vaults weekly quest, you can group up with other players using Group Finder and complete activities together. Completing each quest rewards one Venom-Cursed Fragment.
The last Venom-Cursed Fragment drops from your first Ancient Foe of the week, which spawns after completing a Temple Incursion. The Ancient Foe you fight depends on the week, with this week's foe being Khu'tulak. Defeating Khu'tulak rewards your third Venom-Cursed Fragment, and a Venom-Drenched Sack containing Corrosive Coins, Champion Mistcrests, and a Veteran-track gear piece.
Once you've acquired two Venom-Cursed Fragments, click on the item in your bags to combine them into a 292 Champion 1/6 gear piece!
